Wearable, Usable, Functional Exhibition and Sale

All entries must be entered and paid for on line no later than 11:59pm Thursday, November 8, 2013.
We prefer no onsite entries please.

Entry fee made payable to BelmarArts (non-refundable)
1 – 6 items $20 BelmarArts member $35 non BelmarArts member
7 – 12 items $25 BelmarArts member $45 non BelmarArts member
All entries should be paid on line.
This show is “cash and carry” – if an item is sold we encourage the artist to replace it with another similar item at no additional fee.
Open to all artist who meet the criteria.
Only Wearable, Usable, Functional, original Artisan work entries will be accepted.
All items must be hand created by you (not just assembled).
All items must be unique, one of kind, original artisan creations.
All items must be display ready.
Wall hangings must be ready to hang.
Jewelry must be display ready.
We will accept framed photography, paintings, drawings or sculpture.
We will accept small, unique, original, one of a kind, cards, postcards, ornaments and similar items.
Once we have received your on-line registration and payment you will receive an identification numbers specific to your items. When delivering your items they must be tagged with selling price and ID number.
Please do not include your name, address or phone number on these tags or the items. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in items not being displayed. You are welcome to supply BelmarArts with business cards.
We recommend your entries not exceed a selling price $400/item.
All items must be presented in a professional manner and though a non-juried show any item may be denied entry if they do not meet above criteria as determined at the sole discretion of the art show committee.

Any display cases/pieces that you can supply would be helpful and should be marked with your name and ID number to ensure their return to you when picking up your work.
All entries MUST be available for sale. Items sold are subject to a 30% commission fee. BelmarArts will be charging 7% sales tax on all applicable items sold and remitting to the state of New Jersey.
Belmar Arts will make every effort to treat your artwork with care. However, work is submitted at the artist’s risk. Belmar Arts will not be held liable for lost or damaged work. Artists are responsible for insuring their work from delivery to pick-up.
Belmar Arts reserves the right to use digital images of accepted and exhibited entries for the sole purpose of media and website PR and advertising. Digital images will be those photos taken by BelmarArts staff and press photographers.
