The Belmar Arts Council is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents, visitors and neighbors by helping the arts to flourish; offering diverse and exciting experiences in both the visual and performing arts for people of all ages, all year-round; and promoting expanded public participation in and support for the arts. The organization, founded in 2004, is a non-profit corporation staffed primarily by volunteers and governed by a Board of Trustees.
