Holiday Small Treasures Show.
The BAC's Boatworks Gallery will feature BAC member artworks that can be purchased for $75 or less during the holiday season. Small drawings, paintings and prints; photos, cards and fine crafts and wearable art -- designed to entice holiday shoppers looking for the interesting, unique, and creative gift.
BAC members should bring in entries on Saturday, 11/8/08. Pick-up on Saturday, 1/3/09. Two framed entries per artist for the walls, plus up to 20 cards and 5 matted pieces for the bins. Show runs November 15, 2008 to January 2, 2009. Opening November 15.

There will be an Art Opening at the Boatworks from 3 to 5 on Saturday, January 10. The show will run from January 10 to 31.

Calling All Wednesday Night Figure Drawing Participants & Patrons D'Art.

Drawings and paintings by members of the Belmar Arts Council’s Wednesday figure drawing group will be on display from January 10 to 31. If you have attended some of these sessions at the Boatworks, please consider bringing up to four examples of your work to the gallery on January 3, 2009 between 10 am and 1 pm. We will display work by each participating artist, multiple pieces as space allows. Work need not have been completed at the Boatworks, but should show how these sessions have inspired or otherwise benefited your artistic progress. There will be an opening at the Boatworks from 3 to 5 on Saturday, January 10.
