The Belmar Arts Center invites all members to submit artwork for our Members Holiday Showcase—a special exhibition and sales opportunity just in time for the holiday season! This showcase is open to all mediums, and all works must be for sale.
Eligibility: Open to all current members of the Belmar Arts Center. Not a member yet? Start your annual membership today to participate!
Accepted Mediums: Painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, mixed media, and more! If you can create it, we want to see it.
Submissions: Limited to 8 works of art with frames less than 24 x 36 or 4 works 24 x 36 or larger.
Sales: All submitted works must be available for purchase. A commission of 25% will be retained by the Belmar Arts Center for each sale. Work sold will be turned over to the purchaser immediately. If a piece of your artwork sell, we'll let you know so you can bring in something to replace it.

Conditions:
- Open to: artists of all ages
- A maximum of 8 works may be submitted.
- Medium: Artists are invited to submit artwork in various mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art, written word and more.

Delivering Works:
Art sold is subject to a 25% commission fee. Sales tax will be added to the price of work sold. Remittance of NJ Sales Tax will be handled by BAC. All artists with sales commissions of $600 or more per calendar year are required to furnish their SS# or Tax ID# to Belmar Arts. A 1099-MISC for taxable income will be issued by Belmar Arts for sales commissions of $600 or higher. Commissions are paid at the close of the show.
Liability disclaimer:
BAC will make every effort to treat your artwork with care. However, work is submitted at the artist’s risk. The artist is responsible for insuring their work from delivery to pick-up.
Media/Press Release:
BAC reserves the right to use digital images of exhibited artworks for the purpose of promotion of this exhibit and BAC on social media, websites, and advertising.

- 8 pieces of artwork $40.00
- Membership may be purchased or renewed at checkout. All show entry fees are non-refundable and payment must be received before your entry is processed.
Delivering Works:
- Your work must be hand-delivered to the BAC, 608 River Rd, Belmar, NJ 07719 on the Drop Off Dates. The BAC is not equipped to receive or return parcels sent by mail or delivery service.
