Join us for this introductory workshop on Healthy Frequencies that includes an informative presentation with demonstrations as well as a mini Sound Bath. In this unique sonic wellness-promoting workshop, you'll learn-about and experience healthy frequencies that have profound effects on well-being with accompanying relaxing sounds and unique live music. In the demos & mini Sound Bath, audiophile, musician, & engineer, Dave Gatenby, will use a variety of sound-producing methods to envelop you in the soothing vibrations of ancient healthy frequencies. In addition to a pre-selected “theme” frequency, a second frequency will be selected based on participants’ inputs after hearing & discussing key ancient frequencies they’ve listened to during the workshop demos.
