Come and work on your own projects in the company of other art enthusiasts. You will need to bring your own materials such as: acrylic paints, drawing tools, pastels, watercolors, digital devices and other collage materials. This is your time to experiment and to create your own art projects. You may work on any size canvas or paper or just draw in your sketchbook .The goal of this Open Studio session is to give each artist time to work. Beginner and experienced artists are welcome. Feel free to bring your own music and ear buds……

This Interest Group is run by Louise Millmann.
Photographer and self-portrait collage artist Louise Millmann has exhibited her works in a variety of venues in the United States and Europe. Her collages can be found in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Queens Museum and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. She was featured in an exhibition that presented her works alongside of artist Joseph Cornell. Louise received a four-year full tuition photography scholarship to the School of Visual Arts in NYC where she received her BFA in photography and art education. She taught photography, art history and experimental digital design classes for thirty four years on Long Island, as well as, for the New School, Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Guggenheim Museum and The Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
